William was super friendly & very nice. Did a great job greeting me. My room was spotless & smelled great too
William provided us with wonderful customer service during our stay… from being a gentleman and opening the door when arriving to providing us with washing cloths when our room originally had none… we enjoyed his positive attitude and we’re thankful for his thoughtful care.

Danny was absolutely amazing in the game room! from the moment we walked in, he was friendly, attentive, and super helpful. He made sure everything was running smoothly and went out of his way to answer questions and help us have the best experience possible. You can tell he really cares about the guests and takes pride in his work. Thanks to Danny, our time in the game room was even more fun. Highly recommend — give this guy a raise!
Wonderful stay at Bay Ridge Hotel We had an excellent experience at the Bay Ridge Hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the rooftop is beautiful with great views, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant, hassle-free stay. We’ll definitely be back
